Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Ship the Items
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
